CANCELLATION POLICY

📌 PHANTOMSLAYZZ CANCELLATION POLICY At Phantomslayzz, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. 💖 We value your time and ask that you value ours as well. When an appointment is booked, that time slot is removed from availability and held specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations often prevent other clients from booking services they may have needed or wanted, resulting in lost opportunities for both the business and other clients. To provide the best possible experience, time and preparation are invested before each appointment. This includes setting up equipment, preparing products, organizing supplies, and reserving dedicated time for your service. ✨ Cancellation Policy * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. * No-call/no-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the service total and may require prepayment for future bookings. * Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cancellation fee when applicable. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we will always do our best to be understanding when circumstances are beyond your control. By booking with Phantomslayzz, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting our time, our business, and fellow clients waiting for appointments. 👻💖 PHANTOMSLAYZZ ✨ Beauty That Haunts The Room ✨
